Orders are dispatched promptly, typically the same day or the next business day after payment is confirmed. In some cases dispatch may take up to two full business days from payment confirmation. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been packaged.

Carriers and Service Levels

We ship using FedEx and UPS. Available service options at checkout include FedEx Ground, FedEx 2‑Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. Shipments prepared on or adjacent to public holidays may incur additional handling time.

Delivery Estimates and Liability

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Pen‑Tides follows carrier policies for delays, loss, or damage and will assist with carrier claims when applicable. Shipping issues must be reported within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery confirmation; claims reported after this period will be declined. Reports of lost or mishandled shipments are not accepted if the carrier’s tracking shows delivered and more than 7 days have elapsed.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. Typical transit time for international orders is 1–3 weeks, depending on local postal services and customs processing. Small vials are usually delivered via local postal services once they clear customs. Minimum order per peptide for international shipments is 10 vials. Special pricing is available for larger international orders.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Compliance

Recipients are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. Customers must ensure that ordered products comply with local laws and institutional policies prior to purchase. Pen‑Tides cannot modify product declarations to avoid duties or local regulatory requirements.
