To request a wholesale account, simply register using this form – be sure to include your store/business name and tax ID number. Wholesale customers need to have their submission reviewed and approved before being able to log into a wholesale account or see wholesale prices.

Once verified and approved, we will send an email letting you know your account status. Verification is researched only during business hours Monday – Friday from 9 am. until 5 pm.
